Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Once dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation and tracking details where available.

Shipping Across Tasmania & Australia

We ship Australia-wide, with a strong focus on supporting Tasmanian boaters. Deliveries within Tasmania are often quicker, while mainland deliveries may take longer depending on location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Tasmania: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch

Mainland Australia: typically 5–10 business days

Remote or island locations may take longer.

Marine Freight Considerations

Some marine products (such as batteries, flares, fuel-related items, or oversized parts) are classified as dangerous goods or require specialised freight. These items may be restricted to Click & Collect or require custom freight arrangements.

Bulky & Oversized Items

Large, heavy or odd shaped items may incur additional freight charges. If so, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm.

Tasmania-Specific Delivery Notes

Some regional Tasmanian areas, islands, or freight routes may require depot collection or extended delivery timeframes. We’ll communicate any limitations clearly before dispatch.

Delivery Issues & Consumer Rights

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist in resolving the issue. This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
