Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to provide a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Marine Environment Considerations

Marine conditions can be harsh. Correct product selection and installation are important. If you're unsure, our team is happy to help before purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

We may accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days where items are unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with packaging.

Change of Mind Exclusions

Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted for special orders, clearance items, installed or used products, or opened electrical components. These exclusions do not apply where your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply.

Return Process

Please contact us before returning any item. We may request photos or further details to assess the return.

Return Shipping

For faulty or incorrect items, we will assist with return shipping where appropriate. Change-of-mind returns are at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Reasonable restocking fees may apply to change-of-mind returns where permitted by law.
