How It Works

Collection Timing
Most orders are ready within 1–2 business days. Please wait for confirmation before attending. If you require same day please call and one of our friendly team will fast track your order.
Collection Period
We will hold your order for 14 days. If you need more time, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
What to Bring
Please bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID.
Third Party Collection
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please notify us in advance. They must bring ID and your order confirmation.
Restricted & Heavy Items
Some items such as batteries, extinguishers, and bulky equipment may only be available for Click & Collect due to freight regulations.
Order Changes
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once items are prepared or specially ordered, changes may not always be possible.
